Leading with Social Justice Values
Whether you are a supervisor or entry level employee you have the potential to use your leadership to make a positive impact in your workplace. This workshop will consider a core set of social justice values and allow participants to identity their own strengths in promoting those values as well the challenges that go along with becoming a more effective leader for equity and fairness.
